Our consortium understands that anger can impact relationships, employment and the overall quality of your life.

Our clinic utilizes cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to address the underlying factors influencing our anger. We work with you individually to develop a treatment plan that supports the following:

- Improved cognitive functioning and ability to respond to situations first before reacting

- Understanding your triggers better (internal & external) to support both increased awareness and preperation around these triggers.

- Supporting clients by recgonizing deeper beliefs and values that inform their actions, often without our awareness

- Assessing for underlying health factors, cormorbidity and other factors impacting your mood

- Development of a 'toolkit' of strategies that will enable you to better manage your anger

- Providing psychoeducation in understanding emotions, thoughts and how our bodies respond to emotional stimuli
