Mrs. Chelsey Beres is a Registered Social Worker with extensive experience in Saskatchewan since 2007. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Regina in 2013. Over the past 15 years, Chelsey has worked in the public health mental health sector, providing support to children, youth, and families through individual and group therapy. She also has significant experience in supervising Social Work staff, offering guidance and support in their professional growth.
Chelsey’s clinical interests include working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, family dynamics, interpersonal challenges, and providing parenting support. Her dedication to fostering mental health and well-being is evident in her compassionate and client-centered approach.
Dr. Doug Jurgens

Dr. Doug Jurgens has been practicing as a registered doctoral Psychologist in Saskatchewan for over 30 years. He completed his Doctoral training in clinical psychology at the U of S (Saskatoon) and his Residency at Alberta Hospital Edmonton. Dr. Jurgens practiced in the public mental health system for 22 years, serving as the Director of Child and Youth Services at the Prince Albert Mental Health Centre between 1994 and 2012.
Dr. Jurgens opened his private practice in 2012, providing rehabilitation psychology services to patients with physical and mental health injuries. In 2025, Dr. Jurgens joined True North Mental Health, where he provides a range of psychological treatment and assessment services to youth and adult patients.

Mr. Mark Zulkoskey has been practicing as a Registered Social Worker in Saskatchewan since 2015. He chose to pursue graduate education and completed his MSW at the University of Regina in 2023. Mr. Zulkoskey has worked in various public service agencies over the past 17 years. Of those 17 years, Mr. Zulkoskey has worked as a registered social worker at Prince Albert Mental Health for the past decade providing clinical supervision to social work staff as well as fulfilling the role as the clinic’s family therapist. Mr. Zulkoskey has experience working with neurodivergent children, youth and adults through his work with the Cognitive Disability Strategy.
Mr. Zulkoskey created True North Mental Health in 2024. He provides couples and family counselling, as well as individual counselling to children, youth, and adults. Mr. Zulkoskey assists his clients with developing self-knowledge, emotional acceptance and growth, and the optimal development of personal resources. His clinical interests include relationship infidelity, grief and loss, and living with chronic mental health conditions. Mr. Zulkoskey also has special interest in supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders (such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and FASD) and in the application of Trauma-Focused CBT.
