True North Mental Health is located at the Victoria Square building in Prince Albert, SK. The clinic is located in the previous space of Oasis Mental Health, of which Dr. Jurgens and Mr. Zulkoskey operated their independent practices at. The clinic operates as a consortium of independent professionals who each operate their own individual business. The consortium reviews referrals received and determines the best suitable clinician to support you or your family. Our clinic includes professionals in psychology and social work. We strive for professionalism and all clinicians within the consortium are registered with their respective professional body. All clinicians that operate through the consortium have a minimum of a graduate degree. We all believe ongoing professional development is key to professional practice and continue to enhance our training to provide evidence based and current treatment.
Our clinicians provide a variety of theraputic supports, informed by evidence based practices. Common areas of support include grief and loss (historic or recent), interpersonal relationship stress, work related stress, couple counselling and family supports, treatment for trauma, anger management, support with living with ADHD or Autism as well as treatments for OCD, anxiety and depression. We discuss with each prospective client their goals for therapy and work towards supporting these goals.

In late 2024 Mark Zulkoskey founded his business True North Mental Health after providing private counselling services since March of that year. In January 2025 Chelsey Beres joined the consortium. This shared space provides potential clients various options, dependent on what they are seeking professional services for. We provide psychological treatment and assessment, individual counselling services and family and couple counselling options.
Our location is conveniently located at the Victoria Square building in the upper level. We recognize that clients have busy lives and we strive to provide services that do not interfere with your busy schedule. We offer a variety of service options, including evenings and weekends at client request.
